WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
Effective Date: 4 June 2026

These Website Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between Epicenter Company Limited (the "Company") and any individual using the Website (the "User"). Accessing or using the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1. General Provisions
1.1. Use of the Website, its services, or submission of any inquiry through contact forms constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.2. If the User does not agree to these Terms, the User must immediately cease using the Website.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. For material changes, the Company will provide at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days' notice via Website announcement and/or e-mail. Continued use of the Website after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Use of the Website
2.1. The Website is an informational resource presenting the Company's services and receiving preliminary vehicle rental booking requests.
2.2. The Website does not process direct payments, charge payment methods, or automatically conclude rental agreements.
2.3. All data entered into Website forms is automatically routed to Telegram, WhatsApp, and CRM systems for processing by Company staff, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content
3.1. All Website content — design, text, graphics, video, scripts — is the exclusive property of the Company.
3.2. By submitting materials (reviews, photos, videos), the User grants the Company a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence with the right to sublicence, to use such materials for marketing and advertising purposes.
3.3. This licence does not affect the User's moral rights, including the right of authorship and the right of integrity, protected under Section 18 of the Copyright Act B.E. 2537.
3.4. The User warrants full legal title to submitted materials and agrees to indemnify the Company against any third-party claims.

4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Company shall not be liable for technical failures of Telegram, WhatsApp, or CRM systems resulting in delay or non-receipt of the User's inquiry.
4.2. The Website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
5.1. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
5.2. Before initiating legal proceedings, the aggrieved party must send a written claim to epicenterthai@gmail.com. The receiving party must respond within 30 (thirty) calendar days. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Phuket Provincial Court.
